Refund policy
In the rare case of receiving a faulty or defective product please provide your order number, images, and any problematic details to rapidsox@gmail.com so team rapid can provide a solution.
A refund/exchange will not be given if the product is ruined by abnormal usage or improper washing techniques. A refund will not be given for GENERAL WEAR AND TEAR, a refund/exchange will only be provided if incorrect colour or incorrect amount of pairs are given out as-well as faulty pairs.
(General wear and tear is to be expected, due to the high quality cushioned fabric. Fluffing may occur from rubbing in footwear but will not effect socks performance)
